Jedes Mal, wenn Sie eine Lieferung von uns erhalten, kommt diese in verschiedenen Verpackungsarten. Dies h\u00e4lt die Pflanzen und Blumen w\u00e4hrend des Versands in ihrem bestm\u00f6glichen Zustand. Beispiele f\u00fcr Verpackungsarten sind Plastikbeh\u00e4lter und Kartons, aber auch die Wagen, auf denen diese platziert werden.<\/p>\n

Da fast alle davon wiederverwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, berechnen wir daf\u00fcr eine Kaution, die bei R\u00fcckgabe an uns erstattet wird.<\/p>\n

Um es einfacher zu machen und Zeit zu sparen, k\u00f6nnen Sie die Verpackung aufbewahren und mit der n\u00e4chsten Lieferung zur\u00fcckgeben. <\/p>\n

Bei der R\u00fcckgabe bitte die richtigen Schritte befolgen:<\/p>\n

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Eimer und Kartons sortiert und f\u00fcr den Fahrer bereit sind.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. F\u00fcllen Sie das CMR zusammen mit dem Fahrer aus. Schreiben Sie genau auf, was Sie zur\u00fcckgeben, und unterschreiben Sie das CMR selbst und lassen Sie es auch vom Fahrer abzeichnen, der die Annahme best\u00e4tigt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Machen Sie ein Foto der R\u00fccksendung und des CMR und f\u00fcllen Sie das Formular aus <\/strong>www.ppflowers.nl\/cmr<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Ohne eine unterschriebene CMR-Sendungsvereinbarung von Ihnen und dem Fahrer gibt es keinen Nachweis, dass Sie die Ware in den Transit geschickt haben. Wir k\u00f6nnen nicht f\u00fcr die R\u00fccksendungen haftbar gemacht werden, bis diese von einem unserer Mitarbeiter an unserem Arbeitsplatz als zugestellt quittiert wurden.<\/em><\/p>\n
