Cada vez que recibimos un env\u00edo de nuestra parte, viene en diferentes tipos de embalaje. Esto mantiene las plantas y flores en las mejores condiciones posibles durante el env\u00edo. Ejemplos de los tipos de embalaje son contenedores de pl\u00e1stico y cajas, pero tambi\u00e9n los carros en los que se colocan.<\/p>\n

Como casi todos estos pueden ser reutilizados, cobramos un dep\u00f3sito por ellos que se reembolsar\u00e1 cuando nos los devuelvan.<\/p>\n

Para facilitarlo y ahorrar tiempo, puede conservar el embalaje y devolverlo con la pr\u00f3xima entrega. <\/p>\n

Al devolverlo, por favor siga los pasos correctos:<\/p>\n

Aseg\u00farese de que los cubos y las cajas est\u00e9n ordenados y listos para ser recogidos por el conductor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Rellena el CMR junto con el conductor. Anota exactamente lo que devuelves y firma el CMR t\u00fa mismo, adem\u00e1s de hacer que el conductor lo firme como recibo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Saque una foto del albar\u00e1n de devoluci\u00f3n y del CMR y rellene el formulario en <\/strong>www.ppflowers.nl\/cmr<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Sin una CMR firmada por usted y el conductor, no hay prueba de que nos lo haya enviado en tr\u00e1nsito y no podemos ser responsables de las devoluciones hasta que uno de nuestros empleados lo firme como entregado en nuestro lugar de trabajo.<\/em><\/p>\n
