Chaque fois que vous recevez une exp\u00e9dition de notre part, elle est livr\u00e9e dans diff\u00e9rents types d'emballages. Cela permet de maintenir les plantes et les fleurs dans les meilleures conditions possibles pendant le transport. Les types d'emballage comprennent, par exemple, des contenants en plastique et des bo\u00eetes, mais aussi les chariots sur lesquels ils sont plac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Parce que presque tous peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s, nous demandons une caution qui sera rembours\u00e9e lorsqu'ils nous seront rendus.<\/p>\n

Pour vous faciliter la t\u00e2che et vous faire gagner du temps, vous pouvez conserver l'emballage et le retourner avec la prochaine livraison. <\/p>\n

Lors de son retour, veuillez suivre les bonnes \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n

Assurez-vous que les seaux et les bo\u00eetes sont tri\u00e9s et pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre emport\u00e9s par le chauffeur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Remplissez la lettre de voiture (CMR) avec le chauffeur. Indiquez pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce que vous retournez et signez la CMR vous-m\u00eame, tout en faisant signer le chauffeur pour acceptation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Prenez une photo du retour et du CMR et remplissez le formulaire sur <\/strong>www.ppflowers.nl\/cmr<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Sans CMR sign\u00e9 par vous-m\u00eame et le chauffeur, il n'y a aucune preuve que vous nous l'avez exp\u00e9di\u00e9 en transit et nous ne pouvons \u00eatre tenus responsables des retours tant qu'il n'est pas sign\u00e9 comme livr\u00e9 par l'un de nos employ\u00e9s sur notre lieu de travail.<\/em><\/p>\n
