To ensure reliability on both sides, we kindly ask you to provide:

• A copy of your ID or passport (of the authorized signatory)

• A recent Chamber of Commerce extract (or local company registration certificate)

  🔹 3. Security deposit

  Before activating your account, we require a deposit:

  • The amount equals the value of one shipment

  • This deposit also represents your purchasing limit (e.g. if your deposit is €5,000, you can order up to €5,000 in products)

  • Once the deposit is received, your account will be activated

  🔹 4. Webshop access

  As soon as the deposit has been received and your documents are verified, you will receive your personal login details. From that moment on, you can immediately place your first orders in our webshop.
