PP Flowers is a Dutch flower exporter based in Aalsmeer. We source fresh flowers directly from the flower auction and direct from growers and deliver them worldwide via truck or air freight.
Where are you located?
Our office and logistics hub are located at the Royal FloraHolland auction in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands.

How can I place an order?
You can place your order on our webshop or via WhatsApp or email. Once your shipping preferences are confirmed, we’ll provide a personalized offer based on your needs.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
We usually work with shipments starting at 100 kg. Larger volumes (500 kg+ or 1000 kg+) benefit from better freight rates.
Can I choose specific flower types?
Do you offer fixed prices or daily auction prices?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. PP Flowers delivers worldwide — anywhere with an international airport.
How fast will my flowers arrive?
Depending on the destination, delivery takes 24 to 72 hours from the moment of dispatch.
How do you keep flowers fresh during shipping?
Can I track my order?
Which freight companies do you use?
Certificates & Customs
Do you provide phytosanitary certificates?
Yes. Every shipment includes the required phytosanitary certificate issued by the Dutch Plant Health Authority.
Do I need import documents in my country?
All countries outside the EU require a phytosanitary certificate and invoice. Besides these documents, some countries require a CVO and EUR1 document. We provide them all, and can help with specific local requirements.
Can you help with customs clearance?

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank transfers. Also we accept Creditcard payments. Regular clients may qualify for invoicing terms.
Can I get a quote before placing an order?
Of course. Just tell us your preferred volume, destination, and delivery frequency.
Seasonal & Pre-Orders
Can I pre-order flowers for holidays like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day?
Yes. We highly recommend placing large orders well in advance for peak floral holidays.
Do prices go up during high season?
Prices fluctuate with supply and demand. We offer transparent quotes with no surprises.

Do you offer recurring deliveries?
Yes. Weekly or biweekly shipments can be arranged based on your needs.
Can I request special packaging or branding?
Yes. Custom branding, box labels or special wrapping is available upon request.
Do you ship to my country?
If there’s an airport, we can likely deliver. Contact us to confirm availability.
