Through this privacy statement, we specify the purposes for which we process personal data. We limit the collection of personal data to the data necessary for the defined purposes. Naturally, we ask for your explicit consent in advance to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required. PP Flowers takes appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and requires the same from parties processing personal data on our behalf. We respect your right to access, correct, or delete your personal data upon request.
On our website, we process the following (personal) data:
Purpose: filling out a contact form; Registration: (company) name, address details, contact information (phone number and email address), and other information you voluntarily provide in the message.
Purpose: sending newsletters, from which you can unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive them.
Data breach notification
Since January 1, 2016, the data breach notification obligation has been in effect. The data breach notification obligation in the GDPR requires that any data breaches be reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The "Guidelines for Data Breach Notification" from the Dutch Data Protection Authority provide further information on this matter. PP Flowers will not report incidents to the Dutch Data Protection Authority without a request from the responsible party.
