Our minimum order is 100 kg, which typically equals around €1,000 worth of flowers. This ensures cost-effective shipping and product quality.

Do you offer fixed prices or daily auction prices?
Prices are based on the daily auction. We provide real-time offers to ensure competitive pricing.

Which freight companies do you use?

What kind of packaging is used to keep flowers fresh during shipping?
We use specialized export boxes with hydration wraps and insulated liners. Each stem is carefully packed to ensure freshness during air transport. Our packaging is optimized for ventilation, cooling, and protection — with branding options available.
Is air freight included in the price?
Air freight is calculated based on weight, destination and current rates. We’re transparent about all costs and provide quotes up front — no surprises.
Certificates & Customs
Do you provide phytosanitary certificates?
Yes. Every shipment includes the required phytosanitary certificate issued by the Dutch Plant Health Authority.
Do I need import documents in my country?
All countries outside the EU require a phytosanitary certificate and invoice. Besides these documents, some countries require a CVO and EUR1 document. We provide them all, and can help with specific local requirements.
Can you help with customs clearance?
Yes. We work with local agents in many countries and can support customs handling if needed.

Can I get a quote before placing an order?

What are the payment options for international customers?
New customers start with pre-payment (credit card, bank transfer or Wise). After a few successful orders, we offer payment on invoice (net 7 days). We also provide digital invoices and monthly overviews for regular clients.
Do you offer invoicing for regular customers?
Yes. After your first two prepaid orders, we offer net 7 days payment terms for verified businesses. Invoices are sent digitally with clear breakdowns.

Can I pre-order flowers for holidays like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day?
Yes. We highly recommend placing large orders well in advance for peak floral holidays.
